About

At some point, almost every founder I work with says a version of the same thing: “The business is growing, but it still feels like everything depends on me.”

Why I Do This Work

For most of my career, I was the person helping organizations turn ideas into action. I was the one creating structure, improving execution, solving operational problems, and helping leadership teams move from discussion to results. No matter the industry, I kept seeing the same pattern. Growth created complexity, accountability became less clear, and too much responsibility ended up resting on a handful of people—usually the founder.

Then I read Rocket Fuel by Gino Wickman and Mark C. Winters.

I remember thinking, “I found my people.” For the first time, I had language for the way I’d naturally operated throughout my career. The Integrator role described exactly what I’d been doing for years: bringing clarity, accountability, execution discipline, and operational leadership to organizations that had outgrown founder-led management.

I chose to do this work fractionally because not every business needs, or is ready for, a full-time Integrator or COO. Many founders simply need an experienced operational partner who can help strengthen leadership accountability, improve execution, create visibility into performance, and reduce founder dependency. Fractional leadership allows me to bring that support at the stage where it’s needed most and help businesses build the structure required for sustainable growth.

What Clients Actually Experience

When clients work with me, they get someone who will tell them the truth, even when it’s uncomfortable. I ask questions, listen carefully, and spend time understanding what’s really happening beneath the surface symptoms. I’m practical by nature and focused on solving real problems rather than creating more process for the sake of process.

I don’t show up with a prepackaged playbook or force a business into a framework that doesn’t fit. I work alongside founders and leadership teams to create clarity, strengthen accountability, and help teams execute more consistently. My goal is never to become indispensable. It’s to help build a business that no longer depends on any one person to hold it together.

A Business That Doesn’t Depend on the Founder

Helping leadership teams execute consistently and scale with confidence.

If any part of this sounds familiar, let’s have a conversation.

No pitch. No pressure. Just an opportunity to talk through where the business is today and whether additional operational leadership could help you get where you want to go.
