I’ve sat in your seat.

Before I was an Integrator, I spent more than 15 years in the nonprofit world as a CEO, a development director, a consultant to nonprofits, and a board member.

I led the Lupus Foundation of America’s Philadelphia Tri-State Chapter, grew a school’s annual fund, and co-founded a nonprofit I served on the board of for 14 years.

I know what it’s like to carry a mission on a small team and a tight budget, being the strategist, the fundraiser, and the person who keeps the lights on. And I know the difference structure makes. When we built real systems and a clear three-year plan with our board, revenue grew every year and we cut our dependence on events nearly in half.

Then I spent years inside growing businesses, learning how the best-run companies turn vision into consistent execution. Becoming a certified Next Level Nonprofit coach lets me bring both back to the sector where I started.
